About IW Sporting Agency

IW Sporting Agency is a UK lifeguard staffing agency. We provide qualified lifeguards to leisure centres, council-operated pools, swimming clubs, schools and universities, hotels, private venues and event organisers.

Our focus is straightforward: understand the requirement, match suitable staff and communicate clearly at every stage. That means planned rotas covered dependably, short-notice requests answered honestly, and events staffed by people who understand the environment they're working in.

We support one-off bookings, seasonal programmes and longer-term arrangements. If you're not sure what you need yet, tell us about your venue and schedule and we'll help you work it out.
